The King of Rock 'n' Roll

The King of Rock'n' Roll. Rock'n' = Rocking?
A: Rock 'n' Roll:Rock and Roll
Fish 'n' Chip:

Hi there, I'm Dewey philips.

Say, can you come to the studio tomorrow.
Say, can you play it on your radio show.
Say, Mon, can I go to the Elvis Presley concert?

Q4: It's one for the money. Two for the show. Three to get ready. And go cat go!

After all, for me it's hard to believe that the expression "One for the money, two for the show" was created by Carl Perkins and first used in Blue Suede Shoes. It must have its origins somewhere else because different versions of it are used in so many different contexts.
